Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid within 30 days of date shipped.

Shipping and handling charge will NOT be refunded. 

The items need to be in the same condition given, items cannot have been worn prior to returning (free of stain marks) with tags still attached.

Your shipping or original receipt must be included with your return  or exchange to expedite the process.

Panties are not allowed to be returned due to the guidelines provided by the Department Of Health.

Swimwear may be returned or exchanged only if the tags are attached along with the protective liner.

Items need to be shipped to The Uplifting Makeover, llc 3 Nina Drive

Bradford, RI 02808 within 30 days of receiving your order, in order to process refunds accordingly. 

Exchanges are gladly accepted within 30 days of date received.

Returns and Cancelled Orders are subjected to a 20% restocking fee
